A tourism development project that, over time will include straw bale accomodation, gourmet cooking classes and the opportunity to participate in farm activities. Farm production activities are to be based on the Joel Salatin - Polyface Farms model. We are also inspired by people such as Matthew Evans from the TV series Gourmet Farme, Hugh Fearny-Whittingstall of the UK River Cottage TV series, Allan Savory and his work on Holistic management, and the people that are putting these ideas into practice such as Gnomon Farm, Taranaki Farm, Heenan Doherty and many more! and
